Our Shipping Promise
At LucyThePurrfect, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Every order is handled with care — because Lucy demands nothing less. 🐾
Where We Ship
We currently ship Worldwode.
Shipping destinations:
- 🌍 International — selected countries (see checkout for availability)
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends are processed the next business day
- During busy periods (sales, holidays) processing may take up to 5 business days
Lucy monitors every order personally. Or at least she would if she weren't napping. 🐾

Please note: Our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to keep costs low and pass the savings on to you. This means delivery times may be longer than high street retailers — but the quality and value make it worth the wait! 🐾
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
To track your order:
- Check your email for the shipping confirmation
- Click the tracking link provided
- Enter your tracking number on the carrier's website
Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.
If your tracking isn't updating — don't panic. Sometimes packages move faster than the tracking system catches up. 🐾
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over £30.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed! 🎀
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes imposed by your country.
Please note:
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- LucyThePurrfect has no control over customs charges
- We cannot predict what charges may apply
- We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking number for the latest update
- Check with neighbours or your local post office in case of a missed delivery
- Contact us at hello@lucythepurrfect.com with your order number
We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your order is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at hello@lucythepurrfect.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Please note: We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched. LucyThePurrfect cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. This is because our products are shipped from different suppliers.
Do not worry if one item arrives before another — your full order is on its way! 🐾
